Development proposal
The City of Delta have issued their preferred proposal to upgrade John Oliver Park. The plan provides two new floodlit rugby fields but will result in the loss of the clubhouse facility.
It is so sad to see the two best rugby fields in the lower mainland being lost, and no allowance for a replacement rugby clubhouse.
We hope that future discussions with the City will help to resolve the clubhouse issue.
